Who we are

What we collect when you fill in a form

Our forms ask for the information we need to have a useful conversation about your dealership. Depending on the form, that includes your name, your dealership name, your email address, your phone number, your current website address, your city and state, how you would prefer to be contacted, and anything you write in the notes field.

Alongside that, the website automatically records the page you submitted from, the website that referred you, any campaign tracking values in the link you followed, your IP address, and the date and time. We use this to understand which of our own marketing is working. It is attached to your inquiry rather than kept separately.

What we do with it

• Email your inquiry to our team so somebody can respond to it.
• Send you a confirmation so you know the message arrived.
• Contact you about your inquiry, using the method you chose where you told us one.
• Keep a record of the inquiry so we can pick up the conversation later.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other dealerships, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you ask us to contact you by text, we will text you about your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people move through this website: which pages are read, which are ignored, and where visitors give up. This tells us what to fix. Google sets cookies to do this, and Google may process that information on its own terms.

We also set a session cookie that remembers where you arrived from while you move between pages, so that information can be attached to a form if you submit one.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission is from a person rather than an automated script. That check involves Cloudflare receiving information about the request.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to do business with you or to answer questions about work we did. If you want your information removed, ask us and we will remove it.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to inquiry data is limited to people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we run a deliberately small amount of third-party software and we keep it maintained.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, by any method or all of them.
